We will take existing topographic information from aerial photogrammetrists, USGS Digital Elevation Models (DEM's), as-built plans, paper topographic maps and similar sources and create a 3D wireframe model suitable for rendering, animation or virtual reality applications.

We create a mathematically correct model, not a skewed picture. If your project needs is an artistic presentation emphasizing specific features, that option is available.

PROPOSED FEATURES MODELING
Proposed development grading, roadways, ground fixtures such as buildings, bridges, utilities or similar details can be added and superimposed on to the existing conditions. The next level of detail that can be added is existing vegetation, proposed landscaping, and photorealistic patterns.

RENDERING
From a 3D model we can create a static rendering suitable for a Power Point presentation, build a Flash presentation, or an animated walkthrough or a fly-over of your project.

PUBLISHING
We can create an image suitable for paper publications such as environmental impact reports, project proposals, mounted presentation panels, PR campaigns, Municipal Presentations, Project marketing and similar. Paper product images can range from a business card size to a 30"x42" or larger mountable presentation boards.

DATA RESEARCH
Data for these kinds of presentations can be derived from civil engineering drawings, surveyed topography, USGS sources, GIS data sources, photogrammetry, photography and more. We are able to aid you in the search and acquisition of this information.
